LG error codes
LG washers (front-load, top-load and the SideKick pedestal) and LG dryers. Two codes are easy to misread on the display: IE looks like 1E, and OE looks like 0E.

Washing machines 12 codes
OE Not draining
The washer couldn't pump the water out in time.
IE Not filling with water
The tub didn't fill in the time the washer allows.
UE Unbalanced load
The washer couldn't balance the load well enough to spin, so it stopped.
dE Door won't lock
The washer can't lock the door, so it won't start.
LE Motor overloaded or locked
The motor is overloaded or can't turn, often because of too much laundry or something stuck in the drum.
CE Motor over-current
The motor drew more electrical current than it should, so the washer stopped to protect it.
Sud Too many suds
The washer found too much foam and switched to a suds-reducing routine, which adds about 2 hours to the cycle.
PF Power failure
The power was cut during a cycle.
CL Child lock is on
The controls are locked, so every button except Power is ignored.
FE Too much water
There's more water in the drum than there should be, so the washer stopped to avoid a flood.
PE Water level sensor
The pressure sensor that tells the washer how much water is in the drum isn't reading correctly.
tE Heating or temperature sensor fault
The washer can't read the water temperature properly.
