Bosch, Siemens & Neff error codes
Bosch, Siemens and Neff are all made by BSH and use the same error codes with the same meanings. Washing machines show them as E17 on newer models and F17 on older ones.

Washing machines 7 codes
E17 Water supply took too long
The washer couldn't take in enough water in the time allowed.
E18 Not draining
Water isn't draining because the pump, its filter or the drain hose is blocked or kinked.
E16 Door not closed or not locked
The washer can't confirm the door is properly closed and locked.
E23 Leak protection (AquaStop) triggered
Water has leaked into the base of the washer, and the anti-flood system (AquaStop) has cut in.
E19 Heating took too long
The water didn't reach the set temperature in the time allowed.
E20 Unexpected heating
A safety check found the water heating up when the washer hadn't asked for heat.
E26 Pressure sensor fault
The pressure sensor that measures the water level has a fault.
Dishwashers 5 codes
E15 Water in the base
Water has collected in the base of the dishwasher, and the anti-flood system (AquaStop) has stopped the programme to keep it from reaching your floor.
E24 Not draining (blockage)
Water isn't draining out of the dishwasher.
E25 Drain pump blocked
The drain pump is jammed, or the pump cover under the filter is loose or missing.
E22 Filters blocked
The filters at the bottom of the tub are clogged, so water can't circulate and drain properly.
E09 Heating fault
The dishwasher can't heat the water.
No codes of that type for this brand.
