What to check, in order
- Let it rest
LG's error list says to let the washer rest for 30 minutes so the motor can cool, then restart.
- Unplug and lighten the load
LG's LE page adds: unplug for 5 minutes and take some of the laundry out.
- Look for anything stuck
Coins, underwire from a bra or other small items caught between the drum and the tub can jam it. Pull them out with pliers or tweezers.

If it keeps appearing with normal loads.
