What to check, in order
- New install or just moved?
LG says to ask the installer to confirm the communication cables are wired properly with no misconnections.
- Reset the power
If it appeared during normal use, LG says it may be a temporary electrical fault. Switch off at the breaker and switch back on about 5 minutes later.
- Call a technician if it stays
If CH53 is still showing after the reset, LG says to have it checked by a service technician.
