What to check, in order
- 2018 and earlier models
Open the right-hand fridge door. Press and hold Refrigerator and Ice Plus together for 5 seconds. The panel beeps and shows the temperature settings when demo mode is off.
- 2019 and newer models
Open either fridge door. Press and hold Ice Plus and Refrigerator, then, still holding Refrigerator, press Ice Plus 3 times. The panel beeps and shows the temperature settings.
- Listen for the beeps
You'll hear a beep when you first press the buttons: keep holding until a second beep. If there's no first beep, let go and try again. Button positions vary by model.
- Panels with Fridge and Express Frz
Open the fridge door, hold Fridge and press Express Frz 3 times. On some models you hold Fridge and Express Frz together for 3 seconds instead.
