Oven codes are about temperature. With a gas oven, anything beyond the basics is a job for a registered engineer.

Most makes use short generic codes. These are their most common meanings.
F1 Temperature sensor fault
The oven's temperature sensor isn't reading correctly, so the oven can't hold a set temperature.
Worth fixing
F2 Overheating
The oven detected too high a temperature and cut out to protect itself.
Deal with it now
F3 Not reaching temperature
The oven is reading a lower temperature than it should, so it either never gets hot enough or keeps running.
