What to check, in order
- Check the water valve connections
Look for loose connections at the water inlet valve. The supply hose should be secure there, with no kinks.
- Check it's level
The dishwasher needs to be properly levelled.
- Check the detergent
Use dishwasher detergent only: dish or hand soap over-suds and can leak. Use the recommended amount or 1 tablet, and don't fill past the dispenser's max line.
- Reset it
Press Cancel, or turn the power off at the breaker for 5 minutes.
When to call an engineer
If the code comes back, contact Frigidaire for service. If it was installed in the last 30 days, contact the installer first.
Good to know
- Some Frigidaire dishwashers show E30 for the same fault. Frigidaire's 2023 use & care guide gives it the same meaning.
