What to check, in order
- Let it try first
The washer takes action to correct the imbalance by itself. bALAnCINg stops once it has finished.
- Spread the load out
Move the items so they sit evenly around the basket, then press Start to carry on.
- Don't fill above the balance ring
Laundry above it can make the washer shake and stop the spin.
- Level the washer
Twist the levelling feet clockwise until they reach the floor, then turn the locking nuts anticlockwise to lock them in place.
- Still wet at the end?
Even out the load and run a Drain & Spin or Spin cycle.
When to call an engineer
Only if it keeps happening with normal, evenly spread loads on a level washer.
