What to check, in order
- Rebalance the load
Open the door and spread the washing out by hand, or add or take out a few items.
- Don't spin one big item on its own
Samsung notes that a bath mat or a large towel won't spin alone. Add two or three more towels and run a spin again.
- Level the machine
It should stand on a flat, solid floor and not rock when you push a corner.
When to call an engineer
Only if it keeps happening with normal, mixed loads on a level machine.
Good to know
- On some US models, Ur means the washer is retrying the spin by itself. Give it a minute.
