What to check, in order

  1. Let it finish

    The machine normally sorts it out after a pause, so don't cancel the cycle.

  2. Use less detergent

    Use the correct amount of HE (high-efficiency) detergent. Too much, or the wrong type, is almost always the cause.

  3. If the code won't go

    Run Eco Drum Clean, or an empty 90°C cotton cycle with no detergent and no laundry, to flush out the residue.
