What to check, in order
- Switch it off
Power the dryer off.
- Press every button
Touch and release each button in turn, working back and forth so you reach all the edges of each one.
- Switch back on
See whether the code has cleared.
When to call an engineer
If a button is damaged or the code comes back, Samsung says to request service.
