What to check, in order
- Empty the water tank
Empty it, put it back, switch the dryer on and start again.
- Check the drain hose
If your dryer drains through a hose, make sure it isn't bent or damaged.
- Thaw a frozen hose
Wrap it in a towel soaked in warm water for about 10 minutes.
- Reset it
Unplug for at least 30 seconds, then try again.
When to call an engineer
If the tank is empty, the hose is clear and the code comes back, the drain pump may have failed. Samsung says to contact its service centre.
