What to check, in order
- Open and close the lid
That's Instant's first fix.
- Take the lid off for Sauté
Don't use a lid when using Sauté.
- Hard to close? Check the sealing ring
It's probably not fitted properly. Reposition it so it sits snugly behind the sealing ring rack.
- Won't open? Don't force it
There's still pressure inside. Release it as the recipe says and wait for the float valve to drop.
When to call an engineer
If Lid stays on the display with the lid properly closed, contact Instant Brands Customer Care.
